A cohesive team might be imperative for success. Team work is so critical to a business success that on a daily basis , team building activities are vital to achieve objectives and grow companies.

Students must understand the importance of various HR topics they study in their syllabus. To foster mutual trust without any sentiments being palpable , MBA students were made to organize and play an activity “Blind Trust Walk” under the aegis of HR Club-Sanmarg on May 24,2018.

The objective was to make students understand that team building activities can build trust pairs employees, ease conflicts ,establish stronger bonds and better communication since good teamwork creates synergy enhancing organizational performance, efficiency and effectiveness. Prizes were given to first three winning teams.

The event was co-ordinated by the HR Club Co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
