REPORT
 Acropolis Faculty of Management & Research and Faculty of Management Studies have organized Third Management Fest “ENIGMA-2012” on 16-17-18 February, 2012. The three-day mega event was aimed at discovering the hidden talents of management students across the state. There were 13 events in Enigma – Business Quiz, Business Plan, Extempore, Case Study analysis, Debate, Management Games, Face Painting, Ad Mad show, Skit, Treasure Hunt, Jugalbandi, Fashion Show and Dance competition. The three day event started off with Inaugural function on 16 February by Mr. Sunil Kalyankar, HR head from Case Equipments Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Jaiprakash Upadhyaya, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Zonal Training Institute (West) Ministry of Labour and Employment. The preface of Enigma was given by Director AFMR, Prof. Sumer S. Yadav. Chairman, BOG Shri A. K. Sojatia congratulated the students for organizing this festival. The first day events were Business Quiz, Extempore, Case Study competition and Debate. The second day events were Business Plan, Treasure Hunt, Face painting, Ad mad show, Skit and Management Games.

The third day “Viraasat” was positioned as a unique cultural event, where the theme was ‘fusion of centuries’. The coordinator for Viraasat was Prof. Kopal Maheshwari. The events were Jugalbandi, Fashion Show and Solo and Group Dance. In jugalbandi, the students have tried to blend traditional Indian culture with modern and created a symphony. The event was judged by Mr. Deepak Malhotra. In dance competition, there were amazing performances based on Indian classical dances on Kathak, Bhangra, Garba etc. In fashion show, the theme started with ancient Indian mythological themes and went on to fashion of 70’s and the modern times. All the participants have shown extraordinary presentation in these events and won attractive prizes. The prize distribution was done in valedictory ceremony by Mr. Rajdeep Malhotra, who gave his special performance. Mr. Rajdeep by his songs performance made Enigma a happy and cheerful ending. The special prize of Winner College was conferred to Star College. Event coordinator Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sharma presented the report of Enigma and vote of thanks.

Enigma 2012 has been highly successful leading to encouraging sponsorship and cheering participation from various business schools of Indore. Reputed business schools like IMS, IIPS, Prestige, SVIM, IPS academy, GSIMR, Medicaps, Sanghvi Institute of Management, Prestige Dewas, Chameli Devi institute, CH institute, Amity, Jaipuria institute, Maharaja Ranjit Singh college, Patel College, Lord Krishna College, Sapient institute, Modern college, Star academy, Acropolis 2 and the host institution have participated with full zeal in Enigma. Enigma was sponsored by McDonalds, ND Tattoo Studio, CK Management, Lighthouse, Buddys Café, Stylus Boutique etc.

The aim of exploring the hidden potential of MBA students and making it a ‘learning by doing’ exercise has been perfectly achieved through Enigma. This has been a platform where MBA students from various reputed business schools exhibited their potential and expertise in many activities for three days and grabbed prizes and accolades. This was another event of Acropolis management, which was managed successfully by the Collaborative efforts of MBA faculty members and students under the guidance of Director and the management of Acropolis.
