The MBA department of Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research (AFMR), Indore hosted an Entrepreneur’s Talk session organized under the aegis of Aarohan-MBA Induction Program and Institution’s Innovation Council of AFMR (under Ministry of Education of India) by Mr. Pavi Jain on November 16, 2021 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Mr. Pavi Jain is founder of Namo Sandwich and Baking Co. which is established in early 2016 and situated in Usha Nagar, Indore. He completed his MBA in 2013 and he is an alumnus of Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research also. Namo Sandwich awarded for best restaurant in fast food and casual dining in MP by My FM and Dainik Bhaskar Group.


The objective of this talk was to help the students to understand the necessity of sincerity, dedication towards study, keen observations of small things around them. In the beginning, he started his talk with, how to identify the task you like most and what is the purpose of doing MBA. He said that Students should participate in all activities during MBA Program.


He explained how student can generate ideas in their mind. He said to generate idea students should observe and analyze all the things around them subtlety. He explained this thing with the example of ZOMATO. He also discussed the journey of NAMO Sandwich and how he got the idea for the same and he started his journey with a very small shop. Now NAMO Sandwich is well-known restaurant of Indore. He said that students should read books and practice to read two to four pages daily.


At the end of the session Mr. Pavi Jain answered all the queries raised by the students and faculty members which included funds availability, customer relationship, location of business, marketing and advertisement of product.

  4. Identify the gaps/opportunities in the market before starting any business
