Industry Visit Liugong India Pvt Ltd. – October 15, 2016

Under the aegis of HR Club Sanmarg , an industry visit to Liugong India Private Limited was organized for MBA students on October 15,2016. Liugong is the first Chinese company to invest in Madhya Pradesh and is dealing with the production of heavy earth moving machines and construction equipments, wheel loader and motor grader. Students were shown the Assembly Line comprising of Seven Bay. These seven bay covered all the operations using heavy machings like oxyfill, plasma, drill, leveling, welding ,leth machine ,milling machine ,short blasting, primer coating, putty coating, painting, assembling(front & rear, axil mounting, engine and transmission, tyre and lastly cabin assembling) followed by testing.

After every process and before proceeding for the next process quality testing is done .Testing is basically forward and reverse testing. Six sigma quality processes are applied. The visit provided huge information regarding logistics, operations, safety processes, quality control and reinforced that ultimately human resources are the central subsystem to any organization. The visit was co-ordinated by the HR Club co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
