Audience Profile: 3 Faculty member and 210 students of MBA Department.

Objective: To create awareness about innovation and give motivation to students by sharing his journey of start-up.

A session was organized under the aegis of IIC-AFMR the topic was“My Story Motivational Session by SIDDHARTH SINGH RAJAWAT” (Founder and CEO of Redigo). He started the session by introducing Redigo. Redigo is central India’s first smart green shareable mobility solution, with a mission of making daily commute pollution free , time saving , relaxing , reliable and convenient. They offer hub-to-hub rental services with all new keyless IoT enabled electric scooters , Unlock and ride hassle free ride by scanning QR code and end ride at the nearest hub.

He shared his whole journey like how he started thinking of Innovating a new service into the market, and shared all the ups and downs he faced after launching the product in the market. He covered the marketing strategies such as how he created his customer base and chooses his target audience and also tells us about pricing factor like how he managed funding and decided price for his service and keeping his service pocket- friendly. He concluded the session by telling how he will expand his start-up.  The session was very motivating and appreciated by all students.

Learning Outcomes: Key takeaways of the session were:

1. Got detailed knowledge of Idea generation and start-up.
2. Learned how to manage various factors Such as Marketing , Pricing and funding in the start-up
3. How to overcome with problems faced in the business.
