Advance Methodology for Management Research Workshop was organized under the aegis of Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research from 12-14 June 2010. The 3 day workshop devolved around the advance techniques in Research Methodology. The workshop was attended by 30 participants from various renowned colleges of M.P. Renowned academician and researcher Prof B Bhattacharyya along with Prof Shushant K Mishra from IIM, Indore were the Resource persons. Prof. Bhattacharyya’s deliberations were on Policy Research where as Prof. Shushant K. Mishra gave the intricacies of Univariate and Bivariate research along with a practice session on SPSS and discussion on working papers. Prof Shushant Mishra also discussed his paper “Linking Emotional Dissonance and Organizational Identification to Turnover Intention and Emotional Well being-A Study of Medical Representatives in India “, paper that was published in Human Resource Management and won the best paper award. The workshop provided a good learning platform for emerging researchers as well as experienced ones. The special highlight of the Workshop is the 45 days online support to the participants by Prof Shushant Mishra, for doubts clarification and suggestion to improve the quality of on going research. At the end of the workshop participants were provided participation Certificates.
