On Job Training Presentation

With the objective, to create a platform where students can learn about various aspects of starting up and can get hands-on experience, a 20 day On Job Training Program was organized by the E-Cell for the students in various start-ups based in Indore in the month of June 2018. The students were certified by the start-ups and submitted an online report including their learnings and experience. They shared their learnings in the form of PowerPoint presentation in their respective classes. This On Job Training Program helped students to gain a better understanding of a professional environment. They got to experiment, learn and explore the potential gaps between theory and practical.
