In a rapidly changing world, these unique potential helps oneself to learn ,adapt and adjust to new technologies, systems, strategies and structures which are the most sustainable ingredients needed ,to not only survive ,but to thrive in this competitive era.
HR Club-Sanmarg initiated to organize a seminar on Genetic Brain Profiling – a new concept for all the students of MBA Semester 2 & 4 on April 25,2018.The person on the dais was Mr Partho Sarcar an Advanced Biometric Counselor dealing with the science of Genetic Brain Profiling who is currently working on a Project of Youth Help Foundation, MIDNA, based at Coimbatore, in guiding the youth across India in choosing an authentic career based on their Personality, Skill Distribution, SWOT analysis, and Multiple intelligence.
The speaker discussed the factors and the drivers that influence students receptivity and brain performance . Identifying weaknesses through brain profiling and improving upon it, working strongly on the strengths , learning, education, career and relationship based on Brain Profiling can be improved upon for smart living , defining successful career path will certainly help students come closer to their goals of life.
