Seminar on “Role of Entrepreneurs in Indian Economy” on February 28, 2012

“If you want the business to succeed, solve the unsolved problem and identify each and every opportunity. Most successful businesses are building upon the study of deep customer insight. To be a successful entrepreneur one must know the customers desires, their mind and observe them keenly. 30-40% of your business depends upon this study only”, this has been transpired byMr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder & CEO of Naukri.com while enlightening the students with his success story at the Seminar on “Role of Entrepreneurs in Indian Economy” organized by Acropolis Entrepreneurship Development Cell (Grant in Aid by AICTE).
Further addressing the students Mr. Bikhchandani also told that one must not wait for an opportunity to come; rather he/she must recognize the opportunities around him/her. The first and foremost quality in becoming the entrepreneur is “Persistence”. Entrepreneurship is all about taking the risk; the motivation level in starting a new venture must be very strong. The thinking of “Never Quitting” is a key to success. With his own experiences Mr. Bikhchandani also shared that great companies are build by great teams. One must have to be honest and sincere with his team to gain respect and trust from them.
Mr. Prafull Saklecha, CMD, Bloomberg Group also shared his valuable experiences among the students. He said that there are various entrepreneurial opportunities existing in India. Our youth must be hard working to lead their way to success. They must be unique and innovative in terms of their ideas. They must choose their mentor who will guide them their way effectively. Indian economy today depends on our youth only for the better future.
Mr. Rajendra Raje, Executive Director, Lotus Electronics Limited also present during the seminar conveyed that, a small start results into a big venture and production. One must believe in himself and always dream big to become a successful person.
