Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research organized the Tenth International Conference 2021 on “Innovative Business Practices for Creating Value in Global Era” on September 15, 2021. The objective of the Conference was to generate a stage for idea sharing with respect to innovation in global era and to provide a common platfrom for sharing quality research papers and articles.
The conference started with the Inaugural of the Tenth International Conference. The chief
guests for the same were Mr Anand Banka – Financial Controller (Investment Companies) and India head (Financial reporting and IFRS) for Vedanta group and Dr (Smt). Shreelekha Virulkar – Director, Maa Jagdambe Educational Society-Bhilai.
The contributors and delegates were from various institutions all over the country and outside from Srilanka , Department of Management ; St. Aloysius College (Autonomous) Jabalpur; MIET, Meerut ; Government Law College, Hoshangabad (M.P.); DN PG College, Meerut; Swarnim University, Gujarat ; Department Management Studies, DCR , University of Science and Technology, Murthal, Haryana ; Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore ; IPER, Bhopal; Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Technology and Management, Indore ; Amity University, Noida ; Sage University ,Indore ; Chameli Devi Institute of Professional studies, Indore & Daly College Business school, Affiliated to De Montfort University UK, to name a few.
Total 52 research papers were received which were published after reviewing by the editorial committee in the form of Edited Book in the electronic version with an ISBN number. The papers were based on the different areas and topics such as Green HRM, Women Empowerment, Tourism Marketing, Impact of Covid on Consumer behavior and BFSI Sector, Personal Law Reform, Grievance Settlement Procedure, Digital Nomads, Human Resource Outsourcing, Customer Perception, Managerial Effectiveness, Cryptographic Secure Data Processing, etc
During the inaugural session, the e – Conference Book was also unveiled. After the Inaugural session, technical session was conducted where Dr N. K. Totala (Associate Professor ,IMS DAVV ,Indore) chaired the session. He gave his valuable inputs to the presenters which resulted into a knowledge sharing between the delegates. Best research paper of the session was awarded to the paper titled “Understanding The Association of Income with Savings & Investments Behavior of Retail Investors Belonging to Indore District “ authored and presented by Shreya Gangwar and Dr. Ratish C Gupta from Daly College Business school, Affiliated to De Montfort University UK.
