Visit to Jyoti Niwas (Old age home & Orphanage) – August 2011

The visit to Jyoti Niwas ( Old age home & orphanage )was held on  2^nd August 2011 .Jyoti Niwas has patients come from different strata of the society. Some of them are mentally challenged, some are abandoned by their own family members for being old or sickly, and others are orphans. Students of HR Club spent a day with these people which was really inspiring and they gained a lot from this . Spending few hours with them to make them happy and playing with the young ones; students noticed the great pain these people  feel in being rejected by their dear and near ones. The students tried their level best to make them happy and pleasant by singing songs, distributing clothes , medicine and fruits to residents.
