Department of Management organized a webinar on “RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION-Functional Role In industry” on May 25, 2021 by Dr. Pooja Talreja, as a coordinator of Finance Club and Prof. Snehal Phatak in MBA department for the students of MBA 2^nd semester. The objective of the event was to give participants the primary overview of resources and working capital from industry perspective.

The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Sharad Chitnis, Retired General Manager, Materials, Baerlocher India Additives Pvt.Ltd., Dewas ( German MNC). Mr. Chitnis has explained how the businesses have added newer resource aspects like Market and Ministry or skill development to their existing resource management tools (8 Ms) i.e. Management, Material, Machine, Manpower, Method, Money, Measurement, Minutes. And how role of money is important to keep other resources work actively in the industry. He also threw light on the role of various resources and their application for New Entrepreneurs/Start Ups.
