Indore, August 16, 2013: Ralamandal situated Acropolis Technical Campus (ATC) and Manglia situated Acropolis Institute, Indore celebrated the 67th Independence Day on 15 August, 2013 with lots of gusto and fanfare. The program started with garlanding Bharat Mata and Father of Nation- Mahatma Gandhi. The flag was hoisted on the rampart of the institute by Mr. and Mrs. Ashok Sojatia, Chairman BOG., Acropolis, Indore.
On this auspicious occasion, Shri. Ashok Sojatia, Chairman BOG, Acropolis Group addressed the audience. He appreciated the performance of the students and motivated all the students for acquiring the opportunity to develop their skills. He inspired the faculty members to pay more personalized attention to our students for their all round development which would a contribution for building our youth.
This was followed by the cultural program. Yavnika Hobby Club of Acropolis presented the Cultural Program. The cultural program started with patriotic folk cum contemporary dance depicting women empowerment which was performed by the Dance Divas of Acropolis. The dance was choreographed by Aditya Shrivastav. The “Musical Act” showcased and performed by the drama artists of the institute was so appreciated by the audience and become the soul of the event. They highlighted the brotherhood emotions in the nation and given the message of National Integration. The lyrical performance by the singers of the institute contributed additional melody to the event performed by Abhinav Dhere and group.
The occasion was marked by the presence of Dr. MD Agrawal (Director, AITR), Prof. MK Dube (CEO, AITR), Dr. Kamal Bharani (Principal, AITR), Mr. AM Pathak (Admin PRO) and all the dignitary members of the institute. Prof. Gaurav Chaitanya and Prof. Shruti Chaitanya hosted the event. The cultural program was hosted by Acro students, Tanuj Mishra and Tanya Saghvi. The program was well coordinated and directed by Prof. Gaurav Chaitanya in support with Prof. Sheetal Dubey. The programme ended with tuneful Vande Mataram.
Independence Day Celebration at Acropolis Technical Campus (ATC):
The flag was hoisted on the rampart of ATC by Mr. Ashish Sojatia, Group Chairman, Acropolis. In the series of colorful events students presented cultural program. The program had Mime act depicting Uttrakhand tragedy and Indian Military save campaign. The campus was filled with Patriotism with the song like, ‘sandeshe aate hai…’, skit on ‘Bhagatsingh’, group dance on Vande Matram etc. On this occasion, the glorious Engineering and Management students were also awarded wherein the parents also shared their thoughts.
On the occasion Dr. SC Sharma (Director, ATC), Dr. BM Singhi (Director Academics, ATC), Dr. Prashant Gupta (Director Management, ATC) while sharing their thoughts congratulated the students and wished them good luck for their golden future.
