Mr. Vaibhav Karpe is the alumni of MBA batch 2009-11 and also a President of Alumni Association of Acropolis Group. Mr. Karpe had a very interactive session with the students. He emphasized on the quality and learning during the internship, he said that internship plays important role to get final offer. It is a first step to the corporate world. As a HR manager and his experience after conducting several interviews the important skills which corporate expects in a prospective candidate is communication, content, efficient use of social media, knowledge about the competitor and industry.

He also emphasized on the regularity and sincerity. These are the two key qualities which helps you to get success in the corporate world.
