Alumni talk was organized during induction for the MBA students by AFMR in the alumni interaction session series.

Mr. Vaibhav Karpe, an alumnus of AFMR, MBA batch 2009-11, Indore with a rich experience

in recruitment and talent acquisition. He is currently working with Dessault Technology as

Talent Acquisition Manager.

Mr. Karpe has shared his experience with the students about what corporate expects from them.

He emphasized that communication is the most important skill which everyone must have. To

improve that, students must read at least one English Newspaper daily. He discussed about the

importance  of theoretical aspects in the real world. He said that without going through a theory

you cannot solve the problems which occur in the corporate world during the profession, hence

theoretical aspect of the subjects are very important.

Further he said that summer internship is also very important, if a student undergo the training seriously with sincerity than in majority of the cases corporate offers them pre placement offers.

The session has ended with the question and answer round by the students.
