FAMILY BUSINESS SUMMIT – 27/02/19

A mentor session on Family Business: A Generational Transition and an Inter-Collegiate Business Simulation Competition were organized by Srijan – E-Cell of the Acropolis North Campus, in which students from various streams participated very enthusiastically. The objective of the event was to make the students understand the advantage of joining their Family Business. Also, the students got a chance of doing real time business with a simulation exercise.

Mr. Shantanu Kharia, Executive Director, Modern laboratories shared his varied experience of managing the nitty-gritty of his Family Business. It was a great opportunity for the participants to learn business simulation with Prof. Jaishankar Talreja, Professor and Mentor SP Jain Global. The student teams were full of excitement and thrill as the exercise tested their decision-making skills. It was a perfect replication of real-life situation in any business. Students from MBA were also a part of the top three winning teams.
