Not Finance, not the strategy nor the technology, it is the teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage. Concentration and communication is essential for keeping track of progress and working together efficiently on tasks in a team. Without it, your efforts get scattered, but with it, you can accomplish great things.

Effective time management also helps accomplish important goals by guiding an individual to direct and focus the appropriate amount of time and energy towards achievement of goal/s. It increases one’s productivity allowing him to accomplish more with less effort. Improving productivity is not about “doing more in less time,” it is really about accomplishing more by working less by proper planning and execution.

To gain a sense of control over time, a fun filled learning activity was organized by HR club -Sanmarg   of Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research on September 26,2019 . Students of MBA Semester 1 and 3 participated in the activity ‘Focus Ball Bin Game’ and learnt management principles of team work, coordination, communication, unity of direction, planning and goal accomplishment. The activity also focused on the importance of time management and team building while focusing on the goal. 60 teams of 4 member’s participated in this exciting activity . Winners were awarded certificates. It was conducted by the HR team of faculty members – Dr Prachi Sharma , Dr Anshu Thakur and the undersigned.
