HR CLUB ACTIVITIES (13/4/17)

Students are amazing thinkers!  They see patterns and make connections easily.  When they have time to share and connect with each other about their ideas, they begin to create and inspire each other. Under the aegis of HR Club- Sanmarg following activities were organized on April 13,2017 for the students of MBA Semester 2 & 4:

1. Brain Bonanza : Questions from HRM and General Management were to be answered within a stipulated time duration
2. Paper Chain Challenge (Team Building Activity)
3. Slogan Slinger : Using their creativity ,students were to give a title ,slogan and designing a logo for their respective teams.

110 students participated enthusiastically in these activities doing collaborative tasks, creating good team work synergy and enhancing interpersonal relations.

As the proverb goes “Coming together is a beginning” students need to understand that team spirit is the key to success. Working together with team members can ignite creativity and fresh ideas. Any project or venture can become successful only when the bond between the members of the team is built. One has to be open minded and creative when it comes to planning and learning.

HR Club has successfully provided creative learning through team building by unleashing the potential of the future mangers. Activities were judged by Prof Prachi Sharma and Prof Anshu Thakur. The event was co-ordinated by the HR Club Co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
