HR Club (Sanmarg) – Block Building Activity, December 1, 2016

Teamwork is important in any activity or an event performed because achieving victory almost always requires the effort of every team member. Students of HR Club organized a Block Building Activity on December 1, 2016. 28 teams comprising of 4 students participated in the activity. The activity was based on the performance of individual member in a team. All the teams tried to represent their team as one cohesive unit. The objective of this activity was to make students realize that no team is successful without working together to reach a common goal. Teamwork is essential to a good performance from any team, professional or not, and is a great way to teach students certain life lessons, such as cooperating well with others and taking responsibility for actions, socialization and accountability.

The best three teams were selected according to the set norms and time management.The event was co-ordinated by the HR Club Co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
