Report –Experts were 1. Mr Amit Bhatt working with The Chemours Company as HR Business Partner-Corporate Function- Asia pacific 2. Mr Navneet Solanki- Senior HR- Equitas Small Finance Bank, Pune, also an alumnus of Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research. They suggested the need to incorporate knowledge of Cultural Sensitivity, Employee Engagement in Hybrid Culture, Focus on value than process, Organizational Politics, Importance of financial and taxation aspects along with HR, expertise in Excel (with emphasis on Lookup functions, Pivot Table and Conditional Formatting), Business communication-drafting, amending policy etc.
