An industrial visit had been organized for the students of MBA (Sem I and Sem III Operation Stream) to Safe Express Logistic Park , Indore on  Sept 21, 2019. Safexpress offers a wide range of innovative supply chain services including Express Distribution, 3PL and Consulting. The firm provides value-added logistics services for 9 different business verticals ranging from Apparel & Lifestyle, E-commerce, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, Publishing to Automotive, Engineering & Electrical Hardware, FMCG & Consumer Electronics and Institutional.

During the visit, the students could see the enormity and the vastness of SC operations . The logistic park had spacious and high tech warehouses with provision for loading, unloading and cross docking. Thelocation,  infrastructure, layout, material handling  equipments at Safe express taught the students some very important lessons of Management. The visit not only  broadened their perspective  but at  the same time  reinforced their classroom  learnings. Prof Priyanka Jaiswal  and Prof Juhi Kamakoty accompanied the students to the visit. The visit had been organised by Prof Juhi Kamakoty under the aegis of Kaizen club.
