Kaizen Mystery Busters (Competition) was organized by Kaizen Club on Thursday, Sept 14, 2017. It was a group activity based on the philosophy of ‘ learn by fun’ where in each of the team members were given a mystery to solve. Using the clues given, each group had to organize the evidences, investigate, probe, discuss and unravel the mystery. Students of sem II as well as sem IV participated. There were about 20 groups with 15 members in each group. The MBA lobby was filled with hustle and bustle for about an hour, where in groups were busy investigating, discussing, disagreeing and agreeing on the culprit in the scene. The time pressure made the student run berserk. The activity was designed to foster problem bases learning amongst the students. It taught the students lessons on effective communication, organization and leadership. The event was organized by Prof Juhi Kamakoty , Coordinator Kaizen Club. Prof Vikas Jain, Prof Naman Shrivastav and Prof. Vaishali Maheshwari provided support in executing the event along with Ms Nupur Jadhav , a recent alumnus of AFMR.
