IIC – Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research (AFMR), Indore hosted a session on Session on Accelerators/Incubation – Opportunities for Students & Faculties – Early Stage Entrepreneurs on 30^th July 2021 in the online mode. The motive of this talk was to make the students understand how Incubators play a major role in supporting start-ups.

 

The speaker for the session was Dr. Deepak Motwani. He is the Deputy General Manager- Corporate Relations & Entrepreneurship, AISECT University, Bhopal. This session was conducted on behalf of the by Incubation Centre. The speaker covered various important points about:

1. What services they offer for young entrepreneurs like mentoring, co-working space, legal accounting, and access labs to company registration.
2. How their Incubation program takes place like from Ideation to discover to growth stage.
3. He also told about the successful start-ups in which they helped.
4. He also talked about their achievements and awards.
5. They also have well equipped lab which recognised by Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

 

Learning Outcomes:

1. Students got well versed with the concept of Incubation.
2. The session helped young entrepreneurs who need necessary mentoring when they have an idea running in their mind.
