Highlights of the Event

MBA department has organized an Online Guest session on “Ethical Practices in Finance and Investment World”. The speaker was Mr. Pramod Saraf, who is a Director in Swan Finance Ltd. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner. He is also serves as a Trainer for NISM, NCFE and various financial literacy programmes.

The session gave deep insights to the students about the ethical practices that one is required to follow in Finance world. He focused on how to resolve ethical dilemmas in workplace with ease and how being a part of the organization one is accountable for his/her decisions. He also encouraged students to become more conscious of their behavior in an Organization and emphasized on real life examples depicting how ethical culture plays a vital role in shaping the future (long term sustainability) of an Organization
