HR club –Sanmarg organized a Team Building Activity-Hold up Papers for the students of MBA Semester 1 & 3 on  November 29, 2018.

The activity was organized in a group of 5 where 1 has to be the group leader and facilitate the activity in his group. This activity challenges participants to be creative in solving a simple problem-How many sheets of paper can two people hold up? The catch: the papers should be held somehow creatively between the bodies.

Clear instructions were given by the volunteers of the club before the commencement of the activity. This activity highlighted the importance of communication skills and how leading with creativity and cooperation are essential for success. Three winning teams were awarded.

The event was co-ordinated by the HR Club Co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
