This position will Implement and facilitate Treasury support functions as necessary to maintain effective and efficient Treasury Services as well as assist and support the Treasury Manager with daily operational needs of the cash posting team and reconciliations.Principal duties and responsibilities:Monitoring of daily cash, liquidity, and debt ratios. Participate in cash huddles and communicate relevant information to key finance co-workers.Completion of daily wires.Support creation of ACH Vendors.Support development and maintenance of cash forecasting models.Assist in maintaining online banking portals, signature card and compliance, and other required banking and investments authorization requirements.Provide treasury services for expansion of operations, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and other innovative partnerships.Support Cash Posting team projects.Monitor Check Positive Pay & ACH Positive Pay.Assist with Moody's and S&P reports.Support creation of bank accounts.Support creation of workday treasury reports.Monitor Courier services throughout organization and deposit slip creation.Assist with virtual payables platforms.Completion of daily and monthly reconciliations.Assist with year-end audit requests.Education and experience requirements:Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.1 to 3 years of experience with Acute Hospital Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Revenue Cycle Operations.
