Medical Practice Assistant Practice Manager

This position is for 1 - 3 days weekly or full time.
Experience in a medical office setting, preferably in dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
This role includes ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
Strong leadership qualities, especially in a medical setting, and the ability to guide junior staff. Collaborate closely with the Clinic team to ensure that client needs are met effectively and safely. Sharing knowledge and best practices for safe and effective treatments.
Ensure proper coordination of client care with the healthcare providers (PCs, MAs, NPs, PAs, Physicians).
Supervise and delegate tasks to other clinic staff as needed to ensure seamless operations and client care in an appropriate, professional manner.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by performing a HIPAA-compliant good faith exam before treatments and maintaining client privacy.
