Customer Coordinator Location Franklin, WI :

Signarama is a full service sign company located in Franklin WI. We are currently hiring a Customer Coordinator to manage customer relationships and projects for our growing business.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Assisting walk-in and call-in customers with signage needs

- Quoting and coordinating projects in our point of sale system

- Coordinate directly with customers about project details and status

- Marketing to prospective customers

- Collection emails and calls

- Assist with project related paperwork

This position requires very strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Minimum high school education. No previous experience required but sign shop experience or experience dealing directly with clients is a plus.

There will also be the opportunity to learn sign design and production if interested.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
