Akkodis is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a contract position with a client located in Omaha, NE. The Data Entry Specialist role plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of
rebate processing and matching within the organization. This position requires individuals with a
background in data entry, possibly in medical coding and matching insurance codes. The role involves exercising judgment to ensure the correct product matches and may require communication with vendors for validation. Experience in ecommerce, specifically in inventory or merchandise management, as well as knowledge of the building industry, is highly valued. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing processes and workflows to optimize rebate processing efficiency.
Pay/Salary Range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Data Entry Specialist job responsibilities include:
• Utilize our tool to identify and address discrepancies within the rebate processing system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather pertinent information and evidence to support
dispute resolution efforts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to comprehend their concerns and provide
timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all dispute resolution activities for future reference.
• Analyze dispute resolution trends to identify areas for process improvement and implement
corrective measures as necessary.
• Provide support and guidance to team members engaged in dispute resolution processes.
• Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships with suppliers through
effective communication and resolution of issues.
