About The Role
Manhead is in search of an Ecommerce Account Manager who is both analytical and creative to manage Artist online storefronts. This position reports directly to the VP of Ecommerce. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skillsets and passion for ecommerce and the music industry across a large roster of artists to improve the overall performance of online sales.
What You'll Do
Be accountable for the success of multiple Shopify stores across Manhead’s roster of artists and brands.
Develop strategic product assortments and campaigns in collaboration with Manhead’s Brand Management team.
Manage product set-ups including metadata, images, tags, categories, SEO copy, and site merchandising & design.
Interface with artist management & Manhead Brand Managers to ensure smooth, timely product launches and site updates.
Analyze the data behind sales, site analytics, customer behavior, and fan engagement. Report on performance and provide insights.
Manage store builds, launches, enhancements, and shutdowns in collaboration with a third-party technology provider.
Collaborate with Production to project sales volume, procure inventory, and ensure incoming goods meet the requirements of our third-party logistics partner.
Collaborate with Ecommerce Operations to ensure inventory is received and orders are shipped, monitor inventory levels, and replenish if necessary.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement promotions, sales, and awareness campaigns across Social Media, Paid Media, Email, SMS, and other marketing channels.
Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure customers’ needs are met and issues are resolved.
Qualifications
Understanding of current e-commerce sales flows, logistics, analytics, and customer experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and guidelines.
Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday, Asana, or Trello.
Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or other related design program experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented time and task management.
Ability to gracefully manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Creative eye and familiarity with modern music culture.
Hours may vary/increase during peak sales periods, campaigns, etc.
Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript experience preferred.
Position is located in our Nashville HQ office.
