We are a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in live event marketing , brand strategy , and community outreach for nonprofits and mission-driven brands . Our campaigns are designed to spark meaningful conversations, strengthen local connections, and drive real impact for the causes we support.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, outreach, and brand promotions.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with the planning and delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns for nonprofit and socially responsible clients.
Help promote and support live events and community activations to boost awareness and public engagement.
Contribute to brand strategy efforts by aligning messaging with client goals and audience insights.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign improvements and identify opportunities for growth.
Provide day-to-day support to client accounts , ensuring campaigns run smoothly and align with expectations.
Track campaign outcomes, collect on-site feedback, and help prepare post-campaign reports.

What We’re Looking For:

No experience required – we provide complete training!
Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or events is a plus.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment .
