Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, onsite execution, remote coordination, and follow-up for all company-hosted and third-party events, including:

    • Executive dinners, customer summits, and partner events
    • Product launch webinars, workshops, and tech talks
    • Internal sales kickoff (SKO)

  • Drive pipeline influence and ROI measurement by working closely with sales and marketing ops.
  • Build event briefs, run-of-show docs, project timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Work with designers and agencies to develop compelling event assets , signage, and digital collateral.
  • Manage vendor relationships with event producers (e.g. Gartner), production partners (e.g. Freeman), and tools (e.g. lead-gen, swag, etc.).
  • Bring a creative and agile mindset to optimizing event performance—from messaging to lead capture workflows to experiential elements.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and sales to target attendance and follow-up on leads.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of event management experience in the B2B software industry
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel event portfolios and delivering measurable pipeline results.
  • Excellent organizational skills including project and budget management —you thrive but remain calm in fast-paced environments with many moving parts.
  • Proficient with the needs and preferences of technical audiences including developers, architects, CTOs, CIOs.

  • Strong proficiency in English (near-native speaker), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, where agility and adaptability are key to success.
  • Awareness of requirements created by global locations and cultural differences.
