Isalis is a multi-brand, trend driven, women's clothing boutique with locations in San Francisco and New York. We curate the best, sought after brands, to style with our own private label. Our stores should feel like you are stepping into your dream closet and our goal is for our staff to make you feel like you are shopping with a best friend.

We are looking for people with strong retail sales experience & customer service skills, who have an interest in women's apparel. If you know how to approach people, keep a conversation going, recommend/style products and hit sales targets, then this job is for you!

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar field is preferred but not required – we're happy to train the right person!
• A passion for authentic connections and relationship building
• A desire to thrive in a high performance sales environment
• A strong sales intuition - you know when to push and upsell
• A strong work ethic and the ability to autonomously manage responsibilities and workflow
• Friendly, approachable, and confident with strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about fashion and helping others feel their best.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who’s reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable learning point-of-sale systems and handling basic transactions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

THE ROLE:

• Sell clothes and gain client confidence/loyalty through renowned styling expertise and authentic engagement with clients
• Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, seamlessly balancing customer service, sales, and operational tasks
• Leading by example among staff by creating a positive and upbeat environment
• Be the expert on product and brand knowledge; keeping up on new arrivals, new brands and latest market trends 
• Exceed sales goals daily, monthly, annually by helping clients find what they love through maximizing sales and building outfits that clients can’t live without

AVAILABILITY AND COMMS:

• Seeking candidates looking to commit at least 22-28 hours weekly. Open and flexible to discussing availability for the individual.
• We do require weekend availability (Saturday + Sunday) from our team members.
• When not on site, we expect you to stay up-to-date with company communications and respond timely via email, text and Slack.

Pay rate will be based on experience. Must have weekend availability. Experience in retail apparel sales is preferred. At this time we are prioritizing applicants with the following availability:

• Friday July 4th - Sunday 6th (July 4th weekend)
• June 6th-June 8th
