**Facilities Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee a team of six facility maintenance technicians for several residential apartment complexes throughout Los Angeles. The role involves managing and working with various building systems and requires adherence to OSHA safety standards. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on efficiency and high-quality maintenance services. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
