As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of dining outlets, ensuring quality service and team performance. You’ll collaborate across departments, maintain Levy standards, and cultivate a guest-first atmosphere at every event.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management
Strong working knowledge of service operations and guest experience strategies
Proficiency with scheduling, inventory systems, and POS platforms
ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house service operations for dining outlets
Train, coach, and supervise FOH staff to deliver top-tier service
Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless food delivery
Monitor guest feedback and resolve service concerns proactively
Oversee daily cash handling, inventory control, and compliance
Maintain adherence to Levy service standards and safety procedures
Coordinate staffing and labor budgets in line with event demand
