Salary Range : Up to $49,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
Hours : up to 40 hours per week, exempt.

Essential Functions Job Summary Provides managerial skills required for the operation of a Facilities Service Center for On-Campus Housing.
Core Responsibilities - Responsible for hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and development of the student housing maintenance assistants assigned to residential communities.
- Review and triage all incoming maintenance work orders submitted by residential students and staff; generate and assign work orders to appropriate maintenance and custodial teams for resolution.
- Establish work priorities and monitor progress to ensure service requests are completed in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Serves as the primary liaison between Housing Facilities, Real Estate and Property Management, and other campus partners to ensure coordinated support of student needs.
- Maintains accurate records and generate reports related to housing facilities operations, including service trends, response times, parts and supplies inventories, and completed work. Responsible for tracking and reviewing billing for service requests. Assists with the procurement of parts, supplies, materials, goods and services to support Housing Facilities.
- Coordinates and conducts work order training for Housing Facilities team and student employees to ensure consistency and quality in reporting and resolution.
- Assist with the annual capital inventory reports and coordinate the documentation of assets.
- Monitors performance metrics and provides data-driven insights to Housing and Residence Life leadership. Provide institutional performance monitoring, information gathering and reporting.
- Responsible for identifying new TMA features/models to meet the expanding needs of Facilities.
- Disseminates important policy and procedure information to staff.
- Performs annual evaluations of assigned staff.
- Develops ad hoc reports for Facilities departments, leadership, and customers.
- Takes a proactive approach to assist co-workers in various tasks, to ensure safety.
- Performs work tasks in a safe manner and in accordance with work instructions.
- Proactively makes recommendations to improve safety.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications - High school graduate or GED.
- Minimum of five years of experience in work order management, including at least two years of experience as a supervisor to include:
- Five years of experience in a customer service position.
- Additional education, up to a Bachelor's degree, may substitute for experience on a one year for one year basis
- This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UTSA and its infrastructure.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Standard office equipment usage.

Working Conditions - Office environment.

This position will be primarily located
