Job Description

We are looking for dedicated team members who want to expand their experience and grow their careers with our exceptional team at Myatt Landscaping and Construction. We are a locally-owned professional landscape company specializing in high-quality residential & commercial landscaping and grounds management. Our aim is to provide superior service while building lasting relationships with our clients and employees.

· Can be at work and on time every day

· Can be flexible as our schedules change depending on the weather and season

· · Takes great care of company vehicles and equipment

· Is respectful of co-workers and clients

· Has a great work ethic and can work alone without supervision

· Uses provided PPE appropriately

· Stays off the phone except for business calls and emergencies

· Has a valid and clean NC driver’s license

· Can lift 50+ lbs. frequently throughout the day

· Can stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist throughout the day 

· Can keep job site clean and organized daily

· Can keep all tools organized and loaded daily on truck

· Can pull weeds and clean debris from job sites

· Can edge beds and install mulch or pine straw

· Is proficient with hand tools (shovels, rakes, picks, etc.)

· Is proficient with tillers and blowers

· Is proficient at bed and turf preparation

· Is proficient at planting trees and shrubs

· Is proficient at staking trees

· Is proficient at installing sod

Pay rate will be hourly with true overtime paid for any work over 40 hours and paid weekly.
