Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of both our warehouse management and global logistics network. This position is essential to maintaining efficiency, timely deliveries, and strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Organization:

Organize and optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and quick retrieval of products and materials.
Implement effective inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and boost operational efficiency.
Coordinate logistics for events and fashion shows, ensuring products are delivered and set up on time.

Global Logistics Network Development:

Build and strengthen our global logistics network, ensuring reliable and cost-effective logistics operations.
Apply best practices to streamline logistics processes and develop strong relationships with carriers.
Oversee the movement of both domestic and international shipments, managing everything from cargo tracking and customs clearance to final delivery.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards regarding the importation of commercial shipments.

Collaboration with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Providers:

Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure seamless operations and successful logistics outcomes.
Monitor performance and collaborate with partners to achieve the best results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in warehouse organization and global logistics coordination, with expertise in both import and domestic operations.
Strong knowledge of global supply chain principles and logistics processes.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 23.00 Per Hour
