Description We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team in Pleasanton, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for innovative digital platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement user experience strategies that align with product goals and enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and advocate for design solutions that achieve both business and user objectives. - Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, including prototyping, user testing, and refining concepts. - Create seamless and user-centered designs for transactional web platforms, including e-commerce applications. - Partner with researchers, writers, and engineers to ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences. - Present design concepts and insights to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and impact. - Incorporate feedback to continuously improve design solutions and maintain high-quality standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team. Requirements - A minimum of 8 years of experience designing digital products and experiences. - Expertise in creating user-first designs for transactional web platforms, such as e-commerce applications. - Strong knowledge of UX principles, standards, and best practices. - A robust portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively. - A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Experience in the B2B or enterprise sector is a plus.
