The Role

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of product releases across our dynamic product ecosystem. In this role, you will drive product adoption by executing well-structured and high-quality product release processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other key teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product rollouts.

Your expertise will be essential in creating and executing comprehensive product testing and release plans. By working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and others, you will ensure products meet the needs of internal teams and contribute to the seamless delivery of new features. As you deepen your understanding of the products and the teams behind them, you'll become a go-to resource for stakeholders, guiding them through interactions with our products.

Responsibilities

Develop and define a strategic release plan for new products across various product verticals.
Collaborate with Product Managers to create robust testing and release plans for upcoming product launches, ensuring alignment with team goals.
Foster collaboration and ensure alignment among functional partners on key product objectives.
Lead the execution of product releases, ensuring that all teams have the necessary resources, training, and ongoing support throughout the release process and beyond.
Work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of product releases, analyze data, and gather feedback from users to inform improvements.
Communicate product updates effectively to the broader organization, driving awareness and adoption across all product lines.
Continuously improve relationships and communication between operations, sales, customers, and executives.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or related fields at a high-growth technology company.
Strong technical aptitude with a keen interest in technology products.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Proven ability to align teams across functions, fostering collaboration and driving teamwork.
Highly effective communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple product releases simultaneously.
Proficiency in core GSuite/MS Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Experience in bringing new products to market in either product or operations roles.
Comfortable working with executive stakeholders.
Prior experience in Product Management or Product Operations.

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $125,000 and $155,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined based on factors such as your qualifications, years of relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Along with a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, bonus plans, and more.
