Job Description

Acara Solutions has an opening for a Project Coordinator in Fremont, CA.

The Project Coordinator, key requirements will be as follows:

• Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word Some Experience with QuickBase helpful
• Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions) 
• Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)
• Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently
• Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities.

Pay Rate: $39.35/hr

Shift: M - F, 5/8s - virtual flex, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
