Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor. This role is essential for ensuring our client's products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes to meet product specifications.
• Lead the QA team in performing inspections at various production stages.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Train staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
• Experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management standards and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.

• 3rd Shift Opening
• Various shift options available (8-hour and 10-hour shifts).
• Work location: In person.
