We're looking for  Sales Associates who are passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and earning an exceptional income in a supportive and high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop relationships with our customers
  • Listen to our customer’s and help find their dream RV
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Understand and implement the dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training
  • Follow-up with customers, including past customers
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays .

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons
