About Us WATERS has been a family-owned business for over 87 years (currently in its 4th generation), opening our doors in 1938. We are a Prestige Certified dealer for International Trucks and IC School Buses, sell and service Ford Commercial Trucks, Maintainer Service Trucks/Bodies, Jerr-Dan Wreckers/Carriers, Idealease Truck Rental/Leasing, several different Trailer Lines, and all the parts and services that go with them. We also have several contracts for plant and facilities maintenance. WATERS has 8 locations around Mississippi and as we continue to grow, we're looking to add dedicated team members to become part of our family! Job Summary The Sales and Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for marketing activities that support the Marketing Department efforts in meeting overall department and business goals. He/She will support the Director of Marketing in planning, execution, and supervision of successful marketing events, collateral design and development, PR support, social media content, and promotional materials. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will also assist in the execution of company promotion at trade shows, golf tournaments, open houses, and any other events for customers and employees, sponsored by WATERS Companies.   • Collaborate with sales and marketing team with brand, digital, and social content development strategies that will resonate with target segments.
  • Develop and maintain successful email marketing strategy and design supporting content for different audiences on a bi-weekly basis. Perform campaign analysis to reach data-driven conclusions used to refine campaigns.
  • Design and place digital ads via Meta for all areas of business as needed, and continually analyze data to maximize effectiveness.
  • Implement International Motors quarterly and Fleetrite bi-monthly parts content in the form of POP, social media, email content, and various other platforms.
  • Develop/design creative in multiple formats (images, video, print, billboard, brochure, gif, etc) via Adobe Creative Suite for parts, service, events support, sales, digital marketing, email marketing, and other areas of business.
  • Work with parts and service teams to develop promotions on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist sales team as needed with CRM and social platforms, as well as provide support when team is out in the field.
  • Use data tools such as Power BI to understand how marketing efforts impact business goals across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals outside the organization to remain at the forefront of ever-changing digital marketing and best practices.
  • Perform internet research to identify potential prospects.
  • Other duties as directed by the Director of Marketing and Senior Management Team.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Adobe Creative Suites a plus)
  • Proficiency in Power BI preferred
  • Distinctive problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Strong detail orientation; ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources
  • Must be able to effectively write and verbalize communications, both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience with email marketing, social media, and Google platforms preferred
Other Requirements
  • Office environment requiring professional dress and appearance.
  • Some overnight travel may be required
  • Some lifting required, up to 35 lbs.
