Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive  Salesforce Administrator  to join our team. In this role, you will manage the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our  Salesforce ecosystem , including its migration to  Financial Services Cloud . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to develop solutions that enhance efficiency, optimize user experiences, and align with business goals.

Experience with  institutional or wealth distribution systems and processes  is highly preferred, as it will help tailor Salesforce capabilities to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Migration & Implementation:
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce implementation partner on the migration from the current Salesforce Cloud instance to Financial Services Cloud.
  • Support requirements gathering, system testing, end-user training, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition.
  • System Administration & Maintenance:
  • Perform day-to-day administration, monitor system performance, and manage user support requests.
  • Oversee license allocation, data cleansing, and ongoing stewardship of the CRM system to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
  • Platform Optimization:
  • Research and implement enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades to improve the quality, functionality, and efficiency of the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports to automate business processes and enhance data integrity.
  • Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that address evolving business needs.
  • Proactive Maintenance & Innovation :
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and features, assess their potential impact, and recommend actionable enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system health checks, security reviews, and release updates to maintain a robust and secure environment.
  • DevOps Management, Documentation and Training:
  • Manage the DevOps process, including preparing and deploying change sets across environments.
  • Create and update documentation, including user guides, process diagrams, and training materials, to support ongoing user adoption and understanding.
  • Oversee sandbox management and establish rules and automation to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certification is a must. Platform App Builder is a plus.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with a focus on Sales Cloud or Financial Service Cloud and strong knowledge around their features.
  • Strong Knowledge of Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security Settings, Flows/Workflows, Dashboards, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning App Builder.
  • Advanced understanding of data management tools like Data Loader.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model with SOQL knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce package implementation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Implementation partners such as Kyloe is a plus.
  • Understanding of relationship databases and SQL queries is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in Sales within Asset Management.
  • Experience with BI tools such as CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience in cloud environments, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF), DBT, Snowflake etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce Outlook integration tools, such as LinkPoint 360.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce database replication platforms, such as DBAmp or Informatica.

Job Type: Full-time
