Job Description

Social Media Manager - Esports & Entertainment

We are pushing the boundaries of what esports betting can be, and we're doing it well! As our global user base grows, so does the demand to innovate and elevate our products. We're determined to have the best product in the industry, and we're not settling for anything less than exceptional.

As the most engaged esports betting brand worldwide, we are now taking things to the next level by evolving into a next-generation entertainment brand that leads internet culture. That's where you come in—help us shape the future of social media strategy and content as we embark on this exciting new phase of growth.

The Role

As a leading esports betting brand, a passion for esports is essential. Our ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes internet culture, with a knack for spotting trends and predicting what's coming next. You'll be managing content calendars, cultivating engaged communities, brainstorming innovative content ideas, and leading large-scale social campaigns. In collaboration with our Creative and Marketing teams, you'll develop and execute the social brand strategy and create top-tier content that resonates globally. With over 100 partners across 10+ countries, we're just getting started!

We believe in building strong communities through social media, bringing our audience closer to their favorite esports and sports, and creating experiences they can't resist being a part of. We want your experience, creativity, and fresh ideas to help grow our brand and further expand our universe.

This is a fully remote role, but we ideally seek someone who works in a time zone that is within +/- 3 hours of EST.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage daily content calendars and posting schedules.
Champion the audience by ensuring social media content serves both company goals and audience interests.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and external contributors to create dynamic editorial calendars and engaging social content.
Partner with social teams in different regions to develop campaigns, promotions, and content that align with brand strategy and resonate locally.
Pitch content ideas for daily, weekly, and monthly posts tailored to drive engagement across all social media platforms.
Support country leads by fostering collaboration and ensuring local expertise is leveraged in global efforts.
Oversee community management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok (knowledge of YouTube and SEO copy is a plus).
Monitor social conversations and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of trends.
Write and revise social media copy for various platforms, including Instagram Stories, short-form videos, and GIFs.
Analyze social media performance and provide insights for weekly reports and campaign summaries.
Curate on-brand content from both internal and external sources for global regions.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience managing social media channels, with agency and/or client management experience preferred.
Proven leadership ability to manage and mentor a global team of social media specialists.
A keen eye for design and a passion for creative content.
Background in copywriting or journalism is a plus.
Proficiency in Slack, Google Suite, and light Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with social media platforms and tools, including Facebook/Instagram Creator Studio.
Analytical skills to track and assess social media performance.
A passion for creating innovative social content and building brand presence through social media.

Perks & Benefits

Competitive salary and total rewards package.
A chance to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and rapidly growing industry.
Collaborate with a talented, passionate team who shares a love for video games and esports.
