Why work at Adam & Son?
Do you want a job that’s about more than just clocking in and out? Somewhere where you’re part of a bigger mission in the community?
If so, Adam & Son could be a great fit for you! We are a Social Impact business. That means we’re purpose-driven leaders and committed to solving community needs. We assist community members so that their life is not turned upside down by car trouble. How? One example is The Stranded Motorist Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit program that we operate in order to repair or replace vehicles for qualified persons at low to no cost.
How about being part of a TEAM, rather than just a group of coworkers?
Adam & Son was named one of the Best Workplaces in 2022 by the Colorado Springs Gazette. Our team culture is the most important factor in the hiring process - we look for people with the right mentality and character traits rather than just a set of skills. We invest in our employees through professional development opportunities and group training sessions. We want to help you become the best that you can be!
Adam & Son is a different kind of auto repair shop. We hear things like, “I’ve never been to a shop like this before!” all the time from our guests. Our Mission is to change the automotive repair industry’s reputation through our customer service, company culture and inclusivity. We want every guest to walk away with the most honest and positive customer experience they’ve ever had. Every guest, every time.
