What to Expect
• Servicing Major Theme Park's Dining Reservations will involve taking calls from Major Theme Park's guests wishing to make reservations for Dining and Children’s Activities. Service Partners and their agents will service the Program by providing high-level customer service to existing and new Major Theme Park's guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant the Major Theme Park's products and services.
• All Service Partners must ensure their agent’s servicing programs have a professional work environment free of background noise.
