To become aware of the great pain people feel in being rejected by their dear and near ones; HR Club-Sanmarg took  students of MBA Semester 2 to Aastha Vrudh Aashram on April 17; 2017 and spend few hours observing the life of deserted old. Students who were wondering what it would be like to visit an oldage home were welcomed by friendly, beautiful smiles. Some of them seemed to be quite comfortable and contented while some of them were dissatisfied and upset. On seeing the students all the old people present there remembered their grand children and this was really very touching to hear.

Students sat in groups to listen to what they had to say, interacted with them and distributed biscuits , fruits chips and glucose packets  to them. Students also escorted them to dining hall and served them lunch .Listening to their stories; students realized the value of their grandparents and the tenderness with which they need to take care of them. The visit really moved them and reminded of the reality of what true life is. Aastha Vrudh Aashram is indeed a blessing for many old who have been sheltered and helping them to find endless ways to be happy to live. The visit was organized by the HR Club co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
