Visit to Jyoti Niwas – December 2014

Students from HR Club –Sanmarg went on a visit to Jyoti Niwas Oldage Home and Orphanage on December 10; 2014. AFMR MBA students visited Jyoti Niwas Oldage Home & distributed woollen clothes & sweets to physically & mentally challenged adults. They sang prayers for them and  made them sing with them Students also interacted with them and realized that even in the best old age home ; the old  people are lost , lonely and unhappy. When they reached Jyoti   Niwas, they  got to know that being old is not easy. They could actually see the pain and loneliness in each person’s eye and were able to make out that those old people  were very happy to have them there as they also mentioned this in their interaction with these students . They also said that they’ll look forward to our students visit again. The visit was organized by the HR Club co-ordinator Dr Rajeshwari Gwal.
